What Do I Get? |
According
to the NC Home Inspection Standards of Practice, a home inspection
provides the client with a better understanding of the property conditions
as inspected at the time of the home inspection.
With A Lady Home Inspection Service you get an unbiased view of
the property. “Caring like it’s our house” isn't just a fancy
line, we mean it. We look at each property as if we were in the buyer’s
shoes. Defects will be found in any house and we report them but we
also have the expertise to know if they are something to worry about
or something to live with. You may have noticed something odd when
looking at the house. If you have questions or concerns, please mention
them. Nothing is too trivial. If you or your agent has access to the
sellers’ disclosure statement, we would ask that you share it with
us.
Peace of Mind - There are many decisions to be made when purchasing
a house and worrying about the inspection shouldn’t be one of them.
The last thing we want to do is add more stress. We not only want
to serve you by performing the best possible home inspection but treat
you like family (we mean that in a good way). We don’t abandon you
after the inspection. You can call us anytime with questions and we
don’t charge extra for that. We want you to be satisfied enough to
call us for your next move.
We encourage you to be at the inspection so we can show you what we
find and to familiarize you with the house so you can better maintain
it. We know that is not always possible so we securely email the report
as soon as it's finished. Then we provide a bound, printed copy of
the report with maintenance advise as well as a CD that contains a
copy of the report and all the pictures we take, not just the ones
in the report. We work for you and only you. Sometimes the seller
or sellers’ agent want to be at the inspection. Rest assured that
we protect your privacy. NC law prohibits us from disclosing any results
to anyone but our client without permission. |
